The best part of the job: turning a messy factory-floor workflow into software that feels obvious to someone busy, skeptical, and wearing gloves.
The road here was winding — two years in business intelligence, an MBA, enterprise systems, and years spent close to the factory floor. Each turn taught the same lesson:
